Mohammad Asif
Head of Compliance
Mr. Muhammad Asif is the Head of Compliance at ABL Funds. He brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, with with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and process controls.
Previously, he served at Allied Bank Limited, where he played a key role in risk management, automation, banking operations and corporate affairs. He significantly contributed to the implementation of risk and regulatory systems, the development of policies and procedures, and enterprise-wide risk governance initiatives, including the adoption of Basel III standards.
Mr. Asif holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of the Punjab. He has also completed various professional certifications and specialized trainings in Risk Management, AML/CFT, corporate governance, and business continuity management.
